With friends like these......

Eenie,Menie,Minie and Mo were some of my closest friends.Since,Mo is the kind of person who simply consider's talking to me only when Mo needs or rather requires my company for her/his personal errands,so why don't I kick Mo out of the picture completely?Now,with Mo gone,that leaves Eenie,Menie and Minie.We've have known one another for quite a long time,six-long years to be precise.There wasn't a week that we spent without each other,we had the same taste in music,movies,gaming and what not.


Our daily hangout was a gaming cafe called 'Frag',after our college hours we would make a daily appointment to meet up and stay there for at least 6 hours,except for the weekends though,that's the only time we got to sleep properly.From the all the swearing to all the insults were just a part of our everyday routine,not to mention a lot of late night disasters we went through and till this day I laugh or rather cherish about it.During this time we had become the best in our common hobby and went on to win a lot of tournaments,of course that lasted till the time few of us decided to be not-so-determined anymore.After 4 years or so,all of us decided to join a common MMORPG and we did.Our saga on World of Warcraft lasted for about 2 years,Eenie,Menie and Minie were highly addicted to the drug called 'WOW'.Unfortunately for me,I decided to quit 'WOW',as it was taking a lot of my time and I needed to concentrate on various other aspects of my life.Eenie,Menie and Mo still continued to play for around 12 hours a day and I was happy as well as sad for them.


Well,after that I almost never even bothered to enter the realm of 'WOW'.I was too busy with my own life and things to do,but,I did manage to be in touch with the trio.But,Alas!I'd noticed a very drastic change among the trio within a week of me quitting 'WOW'.No phone calls neither on mobile nor landline,I was beginning to get frantic and frustrated at their behaviour and I too decided myself to stay away from them.So,even I never bothered meeting them or giving them a message online.Funny ain't it?The bond of friendship doesn't really depend on the duration or the passage of time.


As I continued with my life,after a week of deciding that I am better off alone.My door bell rings and when I answered it,to my shock I found Eenie,Menie and Minie standing at the door and cursing me.They claim to have called me a hundred times on my mobile as well as on my landline,then,I realized that I'd lost my phone a week ago and also when I checked my landline it was dead.After a little 'ah-ah' and a little 'oh-oh',they asked me out for a movie and off we went.Truly,with friends like these,you mite just make a fool of yourself.There isn't any deep moral to this story,but hey!I did manage to waste 2 minutues of your life.Have a nice day.And please,cover your mouth before you cough and shut your eyes too before you sneeze or you mite just pop them out.
